Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges or Defective items?
Again, we do not accept returns after 14 days.
We will only allow an exchange within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in original package and original condition. If the packaging is no longer available, you will have to provide your own shipping box.
We will provide a free shipping label for EXCHANGES only.
If the item is out of stock, you can purchase a different item at the same value OR return it as store credit on your Stella Moon account.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, since we do not have control over packages on ground. If your return package is lost during the process of it being shipped back to Stella Moon, please email us at once with proof (email@example.com)
- invoice number of purchase
- tracking number along with mail carrier
- receipt/purchase of shipping and handling
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to our store address (will be provided)
To return your product, you should mail your product to our store address (which will be provided in the email).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you received a damaged item, please contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately and provide the following:
- order/invoice number
- picture(s) of the product that you received
Once the exchangeable, incorrect, or damaged item is received, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status. Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed.
